Refund Policy

When and how refunds are issued for NeeDoh orders.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued for approved returns, canceled orders (before shipment), duplicate charges, or orders that cannot be fulfilled. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Returns policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition, missing packaging, or when only part of an order is returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Canceled Orders

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@needoh.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
