Our policy for returning or exchanging NeeDoh products.

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used sensory products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Damaged, punctured, or altered items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable).
- Gift cards or digital products.
How to Start a Return
Email support@needoh.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Please wait for confirmation before shipping items back.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different product, contact us within 30 days. If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. Price differences may apply.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
