Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your package ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $35 or more before taxes, as displayed on our website.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–14 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient where required.

Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email or via our Track Order page with your order number and email address.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact support@needoh.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
